Join the Altheus staff of expert riders and coaches to learn riding tips and sharpen your bike skills as we ride the Westchester Triathlon route every Sunday in August. The rides are broken into groups based upon experience level and pace so that everyone can learn the cycling route for the Westchester Triathlon and be prepared for the event. All rides begin promptly at 8am from the parking lot at 75 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Rye, NY.CLICK HERE TO GO TO THEIR WEBSITE
Altheus provides pre-ride energy fuel and post-ride recovery foods, as well as mechanical services and a sag wagon for each ride.
